Hospital Rounds: Your role will include collecting samples from hospitals and distributing reports to medical professionals.
Customer Queries and Complaints: If there’s a customer issue, you’ll handle it with care and professionalism, ensuring queries are resolved quickly.
Courier Management: You’ll keep an eye on deliveries, making sure all samples reach the right labs on time and results are returned promptly.
Problem Solving: You’ll tackle any bottlenecks in the pre-laboratory processes, ensuring challenges are resolved efficiently.
Stock and Equipment Management: You’ll monitor stock levels, ensuring there are always enough supplies, and manage equipment cleaning and preparation.
Customer Care: Representing Lancet Laboratories, you’ll interact with patients and medical professionals in a professional and ethical manner. Offering excellent customer service is at the heart of what you’ll do.
Reception Duties: You’ll manage the reception area, directing clients to the appropriate departments and ensuring they receive all the necessary information.
Cash Handling: You’ll receive payments from patients and handle the banking of monies according to standard procedures.
