What Will You Learn and Do?

As part of the Triton Learnership, you’ll be actively involved in daily logistics and warehouse duties. You’ll get trained on both theoretical knowledge and practical skills that employers in this field are looking for.

  • Loading and off-loading goods from delivery vehicles
  • Preparing vehicles before dispatch
  • Handling freight documentation during receiving and dispatch
  • Doing warehouse-related duties like sorting and packaging
  • Collecting and delivering goods safely
  • Keeping your work area neat and clean
  • Picking and packing stock accurately
  • Verifying incoming stock
  • Stacking and securing goods correctly to avoid damage in transport

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible for this amazing opportunity, you’ll need to meet the following criteria:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Age between 23 and 35 years old
  • Must have at least Grade 12, TVET N3, or NQF Level 3
  • Scored at least 40% in English and Mathematics
  • Not currently employed or studying
  • Live in one of the Port Elizabeth areas specified by Triton
  • Medically fit to perform physical tasks
  • Able to speak, read, and write English clearly
  • Numerically literate and comfortable with basic calculations
  • Able to work shifts and weekends as required
  • Must have a clear criminal record
  • Own transport is essential

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Computer literacy
  • Any previous experience in logistics or warehousing is a big plus
