• Making and receiving calls in a professional and friendly tone

• Explaining LegalWise products clearly and confidently
• Hitting your sales targets and pushing beyond them
• Solving customer questions or problems quickly and kindly
• Keeping track of all your calls and interactions using the company system

Who Can Apply?

📌 Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 certificate – essential
• Call centre or telesales experience – essential
• Must speak English and Afrikaans, plus at least one African language
• Clear, confident communication skills
• Must be self-motivated and organised
• A passion for customer service and helping others
