About the Role

As a Customer Assistant, your main responsibility is to ensure that customers have a smooth, satisfying experience every time they visit the store. You will provide accurate product information, resolve customer queries, and assist with purchases, exchanges, and returns. Main Responsibilities

Manage the store’s loyalty program and customer records.
Ensure minimal complaints by providing reliable and friendly service.
Follow all internal control procedures, including till policies.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
Experience: Retail experience is preferred, but customer service experience is also valuable.
Skills:
