✅ Who Can Apply?

To qualify, you must have:

A Matric certificate (NQF level 4) recognized by SAQA
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic computer skills
Willingness to work hard and follow safety protocols
Ability to supervise road maintenance workers

🔧 What You’ll Do

As a Road Work Foreman, your job will include:

Building culverts and side drains
Cleaning and repairing roads, potholes, and sidewalks
Setting up road signs and markings
Supervising a road team and keeping tools/equipment in check
Making sure safety rules are followed
Inspecting sites and coordinating tasks
Maintaining roads and managing the blading program
