Job Responsibilities

As a Markham Store Manager, you will:

  • Drive Turnover: Ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Control Expenses: Keep costs in check to maximize profitability.
  • Manage Stock Losses: Ensure shrinkage is within company standards.
  • People Management: Recruit, develop, and manage staff, including handling employee relations and performance management.
  • Merchandising: Execute in-store merchandising strategies and maintain high standards.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Implement our customer service strategy to meet customer needs and enhance their shopping experience.

Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Matric certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership position.
