McDonald’s is looking for enthusiastic Crew Members to join the team in Johannesburg! As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for customers, preparing food to high standards, and maintaining a clean environment.

Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Work Hours: 9 hrs/day
Salary: To Be Confirmed (TBC) per month

Contract Type: Permanent – Full-time
Work Schedule: Every Day
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

Below are the daily tasks you’ll take on as a Crew Member:

Customer Interaction:

Greet customers with a friendly smile and make them feel welcomed.
Accurately take orders and manage multiple orders efficiently.
Ensure customers leave satisfied and maintain the positive reputation of McDonald’s.

Food Preparation & Order Fulfillment:

Prepare menu items according to McDonald’s standards.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure orders are packaged correctly and promptly.

Restaurant Maintenance & Stock Management:

Keep the restaurant and equipment clean and hygienic.
Follow safety and security protocols to maintain a secure environment.
Monitor stock levels and assist with receiving and storing new stock.

Team Collaboration:

Work effectively with crew members and managers to achieve sales targets.
Communicate politely with customers, team members, and managers.
Be open to training and learning new skills to improve performance.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Education: Matric certificate.
Language: Proficiency in English.
Location: Must reside within 15km of the job location.
Other Requirements: Clear criminal record.
