🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔ Assist customers by answering questions and offering product recommendations
✔ Operate the till and process payments via cash, card, vouchers, etc.
✔ Monitor customer activity to prevent shoplifting
✔ Restock shelves and maintain proper merchandising standards
✔ Conduct price audits and fix price discrepancies
✔ Handle customer queries and escalate complex issues to management
✔ Keep up to date with promotions, sales, and new products

📌 Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must have:

✔ Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate
✔ At least 5 months of till point/retail sales experience
