Key Responsibilities

As a Merchandise Planner at Jet Home, you will be responsible for:

• Maximizing Sales: Collaborating with the buying team to drive sales and optimize product stock levels.
• Business Trend Analysis: Understanding and interpreting business trends specific to Jet Home’s target market.
• Performance Analysis: Analyzing merchandise performance and proposing relevant outcomes.
• Product Strategy: Effectively communicating, presenting, and implementing product strategies.
• Financial Management: Managing the financial and strategic aspects of products, including product planning, allocations, controlling Open-To-Buy (OTB), and reviewing weekly and monthly figures.
• Range Assortments: Managing and optimizing range assortments.
• Replenishment Stock: Overseeing the management of replenishment stock.
• Supplier Partnerships: Establishing and maintaining collaborative partnerships with internal and external suppliers.

Qualifications and Experience Required

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Merchandise Planner.
• Trader Mentality: A strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Homeware Planning: Experience in planning homeware products is advantageous.
