This role offers a great opportunity to work across multiple stores in your area, ensuring that shelves are stocked with the right products, displayed attractively, and priced correctly.

What You’ll Do:
As a Merchandiser, your main goal is to make sure products look great and sell well. Here’s a breakdown of your daily tasks:
- Optimize Shelf Space: Find the best spots in the store for Heineken products to catch customers’ attention.
- Display Management: Ensure products are displayed correctly and in the right quantities.
- Negotiate Space: Secure additional display areas for new and innovative products.
- Implement Promotions: Set up weekly price specials and promotional displays.
- Follow Display Plans: Work with store management to adhere to display plans and meet sales targets.
- Maintain Store Assets: Keep all display equipment in top condition and report any issues.
- Monitor Stock: Identify at-risk stock and take steps to prevent losses or wastage.
- Brand Activation: Carry out planned brand promotion activities.
- Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on competitor activities and report findings.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with store management, clients, and your line manager.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you’ll need:
- Matric Certificate: A valid National Senior Certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Merchandiser, or in sales or customer service.
- Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills.
- Clear Criminal Record: A clean background check.
- Proximity to Work: Must live within 15km of the job location.
- Smartphone Ownership: You must have a smartphone with at least 10GB of storage.
