Metropolitan Life has been around for more than 125 years and is trusted by millions of people across South Africa and 12 other African countries. The company is known for creating financial solutions that help people live better, safer, and more empowered lives. Now, they are opening doors for unemployed youth through a 12-month Learnership Programme that will begin in October 2025.

This programme is perfect for young people who are passionate about sales, customer service, and financial growth. Besides gaining valuable work experience, learners will also get the chance to study towards an NQF Level 4 Wealth Management qualification, which can open many doors in the insurance and financial sector.
