Must have completed Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years old.
Must be a South African citizen by birth.
Must currently be unemployed.
Belong to a previously disadvantaged group (as part of South Africa’s commitment to empowerment).
