What You Will Do as an Intern

In this internship, you will join the Business Insurance department and work alongside the sales and support teams. Your role will expose you to a variety of tasks including:

• Helping the commercial sales teams as part of the support function.
• Learning how to manage business insurance services.
• Handling record keeping and filing, keeping databases organized.
• Collecting data and processing transactions.
• Assisting with reporting and administrative work.
• Understanding quality standards, compliance, and accreditation processes.
• Supporting business processes and gaining service knowledge.

What You Need to Qualify

• A Grade 12 or Standard 10 certificate.
• A 1-year certificate or NQF Level 7 qualification.
