✅ Job Responsibilities

As a Branch Consultant, you’ll be the face of MiWay, helping customers find the right financial solutions and making a difference in their lives every day. You will:

• Promote and sell Sanlam Retail Mass products (life cover, funeral insurance, etc.)
• Offer sound financial advice in a branch setting
• Deliver exceptional client service
• Drive sales and cross-selling
• Meet monthly branch sales targets
• Engage with local communities, business owners, and internal stakeholders

📚 Requirements

If you meet the below criteria, you’re eligible to apply:

Minimum:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing
• Computer-literate with strong communication skills
• Passion for client service and reaching sales targets

Advantageous:

• RE5 Certification
• FAIS-compliant (Wealth Management qualification)
• Experience working in an insurance branch
