✅ Job Responsibilities

As a Branch Consultant, you’ll be the face of MiWay, helping customers find the right financial solutions and making a difference in their lives every day. You will:

Promote and sell Sanlam Retail Mass products (life cover, funeral insurance, etc.)
Offer sound financial advice in a branch setting
Deliver exceptional client service
Drive sales and cross-selling
Meet monthly branch sales targets
Engage with local communities, business owners, and internal stakeholders

📚 Requirements

If you meet the below criteria, you’re eligible to apply:

Minimum:

Grade 12 / Matric
At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing
Computer-literate with strong communication skills
Passion for client service and reaching sales targets

Advantageous:

RE5 Certification
FAIS-compliant (Wealth Management qualification)
Experience working in an insurance branch
