As a Personal Assistant, your main role will be to support the Senior Management Team so they can focus on important business decisions. You will handle many office and coordination tasks that keep everything running on time.
You will book flights, accommodation, and transport for managers when they need to travel for work.
You will help organise meetings, presentations, conferences, and company functions. This includes preparing documents and making sure everything is ready before meetings start.
You will manage managers’ calendars, schedule appointments, and make sure there are no clashes in their daily plans.
You will handle emails, letters, and important documents, making sure messages reach the right people.
You will communicate with clients and internal staff, helping to pass on messages and handle basic requests.
