Momentum Health, part of the Momentum Metropolitan Group, invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for the Contact Centre Learnership Programme 2026. This learnership is open to unemployed South African youth, with applications closing on 12 January 2026. The programme runs for 12 months, starting on 01 February 2026 and ending on 31 January 2027, and will be based in Centurion, Gauteng.
This opportunity is designed for young people who want a real entry point into the medical aid, health insurance, and contact centre industry, while gaining a nationally recognised qualification and real workplace experience in a professional corporate environment.
Many young South Africans struggle to find work not because they lack qualifications, but because they lack experience. This learnership was created to solve exactly that problem.
The Momentum Contact Centre Learnership combines structured learning with real work exposure. Learners are not just sitting in a classroom. They are trained, guided, assessed, and exposed to real systems, real clients, and real workplace expectations.
By the end of the programme, learners walk away with more than a certificate. They leave with experience, confidence, and a strong understanding of how the health and insurance industry works.
This learnership leads to an Occupational Certificate: Health Care Benefits Advisor (NQF Level 5).
This qualification is highly valued across:
The skills gained are transferable and can open doors across multiple sectors.
Throughout the 12 months, learners will receive both theoretical and practical training. The programme focuses on building real workplace skills that employers look for.

Momentum looks beyond marks. Successful learners usually show:
These skills help learners succeed during the programme and beyond it.
While completion of the learnership does not guarantee permanent employment, it greatly improves employability. Many learners use this qualification and experience to move into permanent roles within the health, insurance, and contact centre industries.
If you are unemployed, living in Gauteng, and serious about building a career rather than just finding short-term work, this learnership is a powerful stepping stone.
Applications close on 12 January 2026. If you meet the requirements and are ready to commit to learning and growth, this could be the opportunity that sets your career in motion.
