Motus Aftermarket Parts Graduate Programme

Motus Aftermarket Parts is inviting young people who are ready to start their careers in the car parts industry to apply for their Graduate Programme. There are multiple positions available, and the closing date to send in your application is 13 November 2025. Where Will You Work?

You can join the programme at either of these locations:

  • Cape Town in the Western Cape
  • Johannesburg in Gauteng

You should live near one of these places or be prepared to move there for the whole year of training.

Who Can Apply? Check These Requirements

To be considered for this programme, you need to:

  • Be between 18 and 35 years old.
  • Have a Diploma or Degree in one of these areas:
    • Business Administration or Management
    • Finance
    • Information Technology (IT)
    • Logistics
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Sales and Marketing
  • Not have taken part in any programme that was funded by SETA before.
  • Not currently be receiving NSFAS funding.
  • Be ready and able to commit to the full 12 months of the programme without interruption.

What Will You Get as Part of the Programme?

Besides gaining real skills and learning about the automotive industry, you will receive a monthly payment (stipend) between R5,000 and R5,500 to help cover your living costs. This support is valuable as it allows you to focus on your growth and learning without financial pressure.

Important Documents You Need to Apply

When you send your application, make sure it includes:

  • A detailed and updated CV that shows your education and any experience you have.
  • A certified copy of your ID, which must be no older than 3 months.
  • A certified copy of your Diploma or Degree certificate, also no older than 3 months.
