What You’ll Be Doing Daily

As part of the Auto Pedigree team, your duties will include a mix of driving, cleaning, and customer support tasks. Here’s what you can expect:

1. Vehicle Cleaning and Care

• Wash, polish, and clean both the interior and exterior of company vehicles.
• Maintain the company’s high standards for vehicle appearance and hygiene.
• Check for expired license discs or visible vehicle issues and report them immediately.

2. Transportation Duties

• Safely deliver and collect vehicles, goods, documents, and customers.
• Follow all company transport procedures and traffic laws at all times.
• Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed on schedule.

3. Administrative and Support Tasks

• Drop off and collect documentation from banks, clients, and suppliers.
• Keep the workplace clean and organized.
• Support colleagues and management with ad-hoc requests when needed.

4. Customer and Team Interaction

• Represent the company professionally at all times when interacting with customers.
• Build good relationships through respectful communication and reliability.

Minimum Requirements You Need to Qualify

• Education: Matric (Grade 12) is required.
