What You’ll Be Doing

This is not just a driving job – you’ll be supporting the team in many different ways each day. Here’s a breakdown of what your role will include:

• Drive safely and responsibly to pick up or drop off people and goods.
• Help load and unload items, making sure everything is handled carefully.
• Keep the company vehicle clean, neat, and in good working condition.
• Check the vehicle regularly and report any problems or maintenance needs.
• Record the mileage and any repairs done on the vehicle.
• Collect and deliver samples, documents, or packages as requested.
• Help organize meetings, set up venues, or support company events.
• Do errands and tasks like picking up office supplies or posting documents.
• Help with filing, basic office duties, or stock counts when needed.
• Work closely with other departments to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What You’ll Need to Apply

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

• A valid driver’s license and a Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
• At least 2 years of experience as a driver or in a similar job.
• Good understanding of South African traffic laws and road safety rules.
• Knowledge of local routes to save time during deliveries or errands.
• Good at managing your time – being punctual is very important.
• Must be fit and able to lift or carry items when needed.
• Good communication and people skills.
