What You’ll Do

As a Call Centre Agent in the Mr Price Money Mobile Division, your main focus will be ensuring that every customer receives quick, friendly, and professional help. You’ll be the voice of the brand — someone customers can rely on when they need assistance.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer questions and issues through calls, WhatsApp, email, and webchat.
  • Logging customer information accurately and keeping records up to date.
  • Investigating account or product issues and providing fast, effective solutions.
  • Delivering consistent, high-quality customer service that builds trust and loyalty.
  • Meeting response time and resolution targets to keep customers satisfied.
  • Following all company policies, processes, and service standards.
  • Working closely with team members and other departments to solve challenges.

What You’ll Need to Qualify

To be considered for this position, you’ll need the following:

  • A Matric certificate (Grade 12).
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a telecommunications (Telco) environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp for Business and webchat platforms.
  • A basic understanding of retail and mobile account servicing.
