What You’ll Do

As a Call Centre Agent in the Mr Price Money Mobile Division, your main focus will be ensuring that every customer receives quick, friendly, and professional help. You’ll be the voice of the brand — someone customers can rely on when they need assistance.

What You’ll Need to Qualify

A Matric certificate (Grade 12).
At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a telecommunications (Telco) environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with WhatsApp for Business and webchat platforms.
