Available Learnership Fields

Msobo Coal is offering Learnerships in several critical artisan trades, giving applicants the chance to specialize in areas that match their interests and skills. The available fields include:

  • Fitter and Turner
  • Electrician
  • Boilermaker
  • Mechanical Fitter
  • Welder / Plater
  • Instrumentation
  • Diesel Mechanic

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for the Msobo Coal Artisan Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • A Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
  • A minimum N2 trade theory certificate that matches the chosen field of study.
  • A detailed and updated CV.
  • Applicants will undergo a screening and assessment process.
  • Successful candidates will be required to sign a learnership agreement with the company.

Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA) Requirement
