What You Will Be Doing Every Day

As an HR & Admin Officer, your job will involve both human resources and administrative tasks. You will play a big role in making sure employees are paid correctly and records are well managed.

Here are your main responsibilities:

Payroll and Administration

  • Capturing payroll inputs (weekly, fortnightly, and monthly)
  • Managing leave records and employee attendance
  • Keeping employee records updated on systems
  • Handling contracts, onboarding, and inductions

HR Support

  • Tracking contract dates and renewals
  • Assisting with recruitment processes
  • Supporting EE (Employment Equity), Skills Development, and BBBEE processes
  • Helping with Workman’s Compensation claims and reporting injuries on duty

General Duties

  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Communicating with employees and management
  • Handling multiple tasks under pressure

What You Must Have to Apply

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
  • 2 to 3 years of payroll experience

  • Strong admin skills and ability to multitask
