N3 Toll Concession (N3TC) invites suitably qualified unemployed youth to apply for their 2025/2026 Learnership Programme in Project Management (NQF Level 4). The closing date for applications is 14 October 2025. About the N3TC Learnership Programme

The N3 Toll Concession Proprietary Limited (N3TC) is offering a National Certificate: Project Management (NQF Level 4) Learnership opportunity for unemployed young people. The programme will run from 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2026, giving participants one full year of structured learning and workplace exposure.

This initiative focuses on helping youth gain the practical and professional skills needed to succeed in South Africa’s competitive job market. Participants will learn how to plan and manage projects, work effectively in teams, communicate professionally, and solve problems efficiently.

The programme is part of N3TC’s ongoing effort to make a meaningful impact on local communities along the N3 corridor by providing real opportunities for development and employment.

Who Can Apply?

The learnership is open to unemployed youth residing along the N3 Toll Route corridor in the following municipalities:

  • uMngeni
  • Mpofana
  • INkosi Langalibalele
  • Alfred Duma
  • Okhahlamba
  • Maluti-a-Phofung
  • Phumelela
  • Mafube
  • Dipaleseng

By targeting these areas, N3TC ensures that the benefits of this programme go directly to young people living near the N3 corridor — helping local communities grow and thrive.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the N3TC Learnership Programme 2025/2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a South African citizen with a valid ID.
  • Must reside near the N3 Toll Route corridor.
  • Must have a Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Must be unemployed at the time of application.
  • Must be between 18 and 28 years old.
  • Must be proficient in English (both written and spoken).
  • Must have basic computer literacy.
  • Must not be currently enrolled in any learnership, internship, YES programme, or experiential learning initiative.
  • Must be available and willing to participate fully in the programme between 1 November 2025 and 31 October 2026.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Johannesburg for the duration of the programme.
