Key Responsibilities:

As a Reception Team Leader, you will be the welcoming face of the healthcare center, ensuring patients receive top-tier care and assistance. Your duties will include:

• Answering phones and managing patient scheduling, registration, and inquiries.
• Handling charge entries, payment postings, batch balancing, and cash reconciliation.
• Overseeing work queues and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all administrative tasks.
• Supervising reception staff, ensuring high standards of service and smooth daily operations.

Required Qualifications:

To be eligible for this role, you’ll need to meet the following criteria:

• Matric or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification.
• Higher Certificate or Diploma in Administration at NQF level 5.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a receptionist in a healthcare or clinic setting.

• Proficiency in SAP ISH (Integrated Solutions for Hospitals).
• Strong computer literacy.
• Knowledge of medical aid systems and billing procedures.
