Key Responsibilities:

As a Reception Team Leader, you will be the welcoming face of the healthcare center, ensuring patients receive top-tier care and assistance. Your duties will include:

Answering phones and managing patient scheduling, registration, and inquiries.
Handling charge entries, payment postings, batch balancing, and cash reconciliation.
Overseeing work queues and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all administrative tasks.
Supervising reception staff, ensuring high standards of service and smooth daily operations.

Required Qualifications:

To be eligible for this role, you’ll need to meet the following criteria:

Matric or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification.
Higher Certificate or Diploma in Administration at NQF level 5.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a receptionist in a healthcare or clinic setting.

Proficiency in SAP ISH (Integrated Solutions for Hospitals).
Strong computer literacy.
Knowledge of medical aid systems and billing procedures.
