This role rotates between various shifts, but candidates must be available to work the night shift:

• 3+ years of hotel reception experience (a must).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – You’ll be the first face guests see!

• Must live in or around Bojanala / Rustenburg – No relocation provided.

• Must be comfortable working alone at night, handling check-ins, calls, and late guest needs.

As the face of Orion Hotels at night, you’ll:

• Welcome and check-in late-night guests with a smile.

• Handle all guest queries and phone calls during the night.

• Maintain the security and safety of the front desk overnight.

• Assist with guest check-outs and early morning wake-up calls.

• Ensure all night-time operations and reports are completed.

• Communicate important information to day shift staff.
