Truworths invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for their Stores Learnership Programme. The closing date for applications is 30 April 2026.

If you only have Grade 10 and thought you could not qualify for retail opportunities, this could be your chance. This learnership is designed to give you real store experience while you learn on the job. You do not need Matric to apply.

This opportunity falls under Field Operations and gives you hands-on experience inside a retail store environment.

Sales Floor Experience

Service Desk Experience
