Northern Cape Provincial Treasury Opens 50 Internship Opportunities for Graduates (2025–2027)

The Northern Cape Provincial Treasury invites suitably qualified graduates to apply for their Graduate Internship Programme (X50 Posts) for the 2025–2027 intake. The closing date for applications is 10 October 2025.

This exciting two-year internship programme is one of the largest initiatives aimed at empowering youth in the province. If you are a young graduate looking for practical work experience in government, this is your opportunity to gain valuable exposure, learn from experienced professionals, and build a strong foundation for your career.

Successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend of R7,860.50 and be placed in various departments across the Northern Cape, including Kimberley, Upington, De Aar, Kuruman, and Springbok.

Qualifications You Need

To be considered for the Northern Cape Treasury Internship, applicants must have a relevant qualification at NQF Level 6 or higher in one of the following fields:

  • Accounting

  • Law (Bachelor of Law)
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Information Technology / Information Systems
  • Data Science / Data Analytics
