What You’ll Do as a Sales Associate at Sterns

• Be the face of the Sterns brand—offer top-class service and leave every customer smiling
• Match customers with products that suit their needs, budget, and style
• Stay up to date on the latest jewellery trends and fashion accessories
• Track your sales numbers and work toward monthly targets and bonuses
• Replenish stock on shelves and ensure merchandise is always well-presented
• Look for opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell, and create loyal customers
• Help keep the store clean, organized, and inviting

Minimum Requirements

You don’t need years of experience to get started—but you do need:

• A Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
• Some previous retail or sales experience is preferred
• Confidence, energy, and the ability to work with people all day
• A genuine passion for customer service and a sharp eye for style
• The ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in person and in writing
• Computer literacy (basic POS or retail systems experience is a plus)
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
