To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

✔️ Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent National Certificate
✔️ At least 1 year’s proven experience as a cleaner
✔️ Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment

🧽 Key Duties & Responsibilities

This position focuses on keeping both office and accommodation spaces clean, safe, and welcoming for all staff and guests. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

🔹 Cleaning:

Sweep and mop floors
Dust surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
Clean glass, mirrors, and doors
Empty bins and dispose of trash/recyclables

🔹 Sanitation & Hygiene:

Clean and disinfect restrooms
Replenish toilet paper, soap, and hygiene supplies
Maintain kitchen and break room hygiene
Clean high-touch areas regularly (door handles, switches)

🔹 Light Maintenance:

Perform small maintenance tasks
Replace air filters as needed
Report any damage, leaks, or broken items

🔹 Equipment Use:

Operate cleaning equipment like vacuums and floor scrubbers
Use cleaning chemicals responsibly and safely

🔹 Safety & Security:

Follow health & safety guidelines
Report any safety hazards or security concerns
