📌 What is the Amathuba Learnership Programme?

The Amathuba Learnership is a 12-month programme designed to help young South Africans build a career in the financial industry. During the programme, learners will:

✅ Complete a Wealth Management NQF Level 4 qualification (FSP-recognized & accredited)
✅ Gain on-the-job work experience in finance and insurance
✅ Be guided by a personal mentor throughout the year
✅ Learn about financial products, legislation, and business ethics
✅ Work on exciting Corporate Social Investment (CSI) projects

This programme can open doors to careers in:

🔹 Financial investment advising
🔹 Insurance brokerage

🎯 Who Can Apply?

To qualify for this life-changing opportunity, you must:

✅ Be a South African citizen aged 18-30
✅ Be unemployed and not currently studying
✅ Have never participated in a Wealth Management NQF Level 4 Learnership before
✅ Have completed Grade 12 (Matric) or an NQF Level 4 equivalent
✅ Meet the following minimum marks:

English: 50% or higher
Second official language: 50% or higher
Pure Maths OR Maths Literacy: 50% or higher
✅ Be available to start in May 2025
