What Does a Personal Shopper Do?

As a Personal Shopper (also called a concierge shopper), your job is to shop in-store on behalf of customers who place orders online. You’ll make sure their orders are picked out correctly, packaged neatly, and ready for delivery.

Here’s what your day might look like:

Walking around the store selecting the exact items customers ordered.
Checking expiry dates, quality, and packaging before you pack.
Helping customers who ask for updates or product replacements.
Answering questions and making smart decisions when an item is out of stock.
Always being friendly, fast, and focused on accuracy.

Main Responsibilities

Your job as a Personal Shopper will include:

Helping customers choose the right products through advice and service.
Picking and scanning orders to prepare for fast delivery.
