All positions are Employment Equity (EE) vacancies based in the Western Cape, specifically in Bellville, and are available in the following areas:

  • Implementation & Support
  • Sales Administration

What You’ll Need to Apply

To qualify for this internship programme, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
  • Be computer literate and comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Have a positive attitude, a strong desire to learn, and a professional approach to work.
  • Be hard-working, reliable, and dedicated to achieving results.

Successful applicants will also be required to complete a Business Administration NQF 4 qualification during the programme, which will further enhance their skills and career growth potential.

Your Daily Responsibilities

As part of the internship, you’ll handle a variety of office and administrative tasks that will help you build your business skills and confidence. Your duties will include:

  • Managing both electronic and manual filing systems.
  • Organising and maintaining company documents.
  • Handling SETA document queries and ensuring proper record-keeping.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Assisting with various office administration tasks.
  • Providing support for learnership, training, and project activities.
  • Updating and maintaining the company’s CRM system.
  • Answering the switchboard, transferring calls, and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintaining a professional telephone manner and assisting clients or visitors as needed.

These responsibilities will help you understand the core functions of business administration while improving your communication and organisational skills.
