Key Responsibilities

As a Call Centre Sales Agent, your day-to-day tasks will focus on converting leads into sales, servicing customers, and ensuring renewals. Your responsibilities will include:

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Completed and passed Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4 qualification.
  • Documentation: Valid South African ID.
  • Experience:
    • UK sales industry experience is preferred (USA campaign experience may also be considered).
    • At least 1 year of Call Centre or BPO experience is required.
    • Proven experience in UK Sales (1 year+) is advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and active listening skills.
    • Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and comply with UK regulations.
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
    • Exceptional phone etiquette.
    • Ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Flexibility: Must be willing to work rotational shifts and weekends.
