What You’ll Be Doing as a Pedros Cashier:

In this role, you will help make sure every customer leaves happy. Here’s what your daily tasks will include:

• Processing orders quickly and correctly using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Making sure customer service is top-notch at all times.
• Handling payments correctly – whether cash, card, or voucher – following company rules.
• Promoting specials and telling customers about new menu items or deals.
• Upselling: Encouraging customers to try other items (like drinks, chips, or desserts) to increase sales.
• Keeping the front counter clean and tidy, following hygiene and safety standards.
• Making sure stock levels at the counter (like sauces, serviettes, etc.) are well maintained and ready for the next shift.
