Job Purpose

The main goal of this position is to prepare and serve meals to customers while following Pedros’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You’ll play a key role in keeping the kitchen clean and ensuring that every dish meets the company’s quality standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a Pedros Griller, your daily tasks will include:

Keeping work areas clean and maintaining excellent hygiene standards at all times.
Following food safety rules to make sure every meal is safe for customers.
Preparing menu items according to company recipes and SOPs while working quickly and efficiently.
Delivering excellent customer service to ensure customers leave happy and satisfied.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

At least 1 year of experience working in a restaurant or fast-food service environment.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
Good verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
A National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
