As a Griller, your job will be to prepare delicious meals while ensuring quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards. You’ll be working in a busy kitchen environment, making sure every dish meets Pedros’ high standards.
🔹 Prepare food items according to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
🔹 Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
🔹 Follow food safety guidelines at all times
🔹 Ensure speed of service while maintaining food quality
🔹 Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers
✔ 1+ year experience in a restaurant or fast-food service
✔ Good communication skills – You need to work well with the team and interact with customers

✔ Matric/National Senior Certificate
As a Waitron, your job is to ensure customers have the best dining experience. You’ll be serving food, taking orders, and maintaining cleanliness while providing top-notch service.
✅ Ensure the restaurant meets hygiene and cleanliness standards
✅ Follow food safety rules when handling meals
✅ Prepare and serve menu items quickly and correctly
✅ Provide amazing customer service to every guest
✅ Work as a team with other staff members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
✔ 1+ year experience in restaurant or fast-food service
✔ Strong customer service skills – You’ll be interacting with customers all the time!
✔ Good verbal communication – Taking orders, serving customers, and working with teammates
