The company is inviting suitably qualified applicants to apply for their Graduate Programme – a chance to gain real work experience in one of South Africa’s leading wholesale and retail groups. This 12-month programme (18 months for TVET learners) is W&R SETA funded, which means it’s part of a national effort to help young people like you build careers in wholesale and retail through real training and mentorship.

What Is the Pepkor Lifestyle Graduate Programme?

Who Can Apply?

You can apply if:

You are unemployed
You are a South African citizen with a valid South African ID
You are under the age of 32
You have a qualification in one of the following areas:

Degree or Diploma Fields:

Business Management / Business Administration
Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
BCom Financial Management
BSc or BCom in Software Engineering
IT Project Administration / Project Management
IT Information Systems / Business Information Technology

TVET Graduates:

You must have completed your theoretical learning and need 18 months of practical experience to qualify
