Purpose of the Job
As a Petrol Pump Attendant, your primary responsibility is to refuel trucks in the transport area, ensuring our delivery operations run smoothly. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have a knack for working with machinery, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Refuel Trucks: Ensure all trucks are refueled promptly to support timely deliveries.
- Maintain Fuel Records: Keep accurate records of fuel dispensed for accountability and tracking.
- Control Bowser and Pump: Oversee the operation and maintenance of fuel bowsers and pumps.
- Monitor Diesel Usage: Track and manage diesel consumption to prevent wastage.
- Assist with Filing: Handle basic administrative tasks, including filing and record-keeping.
- Attend Invocom Meetings: Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated and contribute ideas.
- Driver Communication: Maintain effective communication with drivers to ensure smooth operations.
- Housekeeping: Ensure the transport area is clean and well-maintained daily.
