📌 Key Responsibilities

🏗 Site Preparation & Maintenance

✔ Clean up and prepare construction sites before, during, and after work.
✔ Remove debris and keep the area safe and organized.
✔ Maintain cleanliness of workspaces, tools, and common areas.

📦 Material Handling

✔ Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools.
✔ Store materials properly to ensure they are easy to access.
✔ Handle materials carefully to prevent damage.

🛠 Assisting Skilled Workers

✔ Help welders, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with tools and materials.
✔ Assist in tasks like mixing concrete, setting up scaffolding, and lifting heavy objects.
✔ Support the installation of structures under supervision.

⚠ Safety & Compliance

✔ Wear proper safety gear: helmets, gloves, boots, and high-visibility vests.
