  • Promoting additional services such as airtime purchases and utility bill payments.
  • Processing lay-bys, product returns, and exchanges according to company procedures.
  • Reconciling cash drawers at the end of each shift.
  • Reporting faulty tills or checkout equipment to management.

  • Resolving customer complaints professionally.

Minimum Requirements

  • Live within 25 kilometres of the workplace.
