This learnership is designed to provide you with skills and practical experience in the clothing, fashion, and retail business sector. You will have the chance to work with the following key teams:
1️⃣ Quality Assurance Team
- Product Quality Checks – Ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards.
- Product Inspections – Assist in checking and reporting on product quality issues or defects.
- Feedback Management – Help gather and document feedback from departments to improve product quality.
- Documentation & Admin – Support the team with record-keeping of quality checks and test results.
2️⃣ Buying Team
- Sample Management – Assist in handling product samples and alignment with the critical path.
- Master Data Management – Help with article creation and data management for products.
- Seasonal Buying Preparation – Support the team in gathering market insights and preparing for seasonal buying.

- Document Management – Assist with maintaining records, managing schedules, and preparing reports.
- General Administrative Tasks – Support the Quality Assurance, Buying, Marketing, and Retail teams as needed.
