Your Main Responsibilities

As an Assistant Store Manager, your day-to-day duties will include:

Handling store banking and ensuring all financial processes are accurate and secure.
Supporting or relieving the Store Manager when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations.
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, merchandising, and customer service.
Ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed correctly.

What You’ll Need to Qualify

To be considered for this position, you must have:

Matric / Grade 12, with Mathematics being an advantage (or NQF Level 4 equivalent).
Previous experience managing people and leading teams.
Experience managing a department in a retail environment.
Clothing retail experience (highly advantageous).
Strong communication and administrative skills.
The ability to make sound decisions quickly and effectively.
Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
A track record of maintaining productivity and achieving results.
