💡 What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

You’ll be part of the Production Team, helping Premier meet daily production targets while maintaining top product quality. Your daily tasks will include:

✅ Producing high-quality products
✅ Keeping your workspace clean and safe
✅ Following SOPs and hygiene rules
✅ Supporting food safety, health, and safety standards
✅ Keeping records and reporting issues
✅ Performing light maintenance on equipment
✅ Being part of a fast-moving team environment

✅ Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
Prior experience in a production environment is a bonus, but not required
Physically fit and able to work in hot manufacturing conditions

🔄 Shift Work & Availability:

You must be willing to work rotational shifts
Expect to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays as per shift schedule
Night shift availability is essential
Overtime and weekend work may be required
