💼 What You’ll Do:
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. Plus, you’ll support the office and advisers with a range of key responsibilities like:
🛠️ Office Admin:
- Purchase and order general supplies
- Manage petty cash
- Organize couriers
- Submit office claims
📞 Reception Duties:
- Answer, redirect calls & take messages
- Book boardrooms for meetings
- Welcome clients and visitors
- Schedule appointments for advisers
📋 Client Admin:
- Be familiar with provider websites and contact details
- Handle policy info, client inquiries, and diary management
- Maintain the CRM system accurately
🎯 What You Need:
- Matric / Grade 12
- 1–2 years of administration experience
- Computer literate – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
