💼 What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. Plus, you’ll support the office and advisers with a range of key responsibilities like:

🛠️ Office Admin:

  • Purchase and order general supplies
  • Manage petty cash
  • Organize couriers
  • Submit office claims

📞 Reception Duties:

  • Answer, redirect calls & take messages
  • Book boardrooms for meetings
  • Welcome clients and visitors
  • Schedule appointments for advisers

📋 Client Admin:

  • Be familiar with provider websites and contact details
  • Handle policy info, client inquiries, and diary management
  • Maintain the CRM system accurately

🎯 What You Need:

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • 1–2 years of administration experience
  • Computer literate – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
