Your Role as a Process Monitor

As a Process Monitor, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Here’s what your responsibilities will include:

Quality Monitoring: Keep a close watch on products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Reporting: Provide detailed reports on product quality to the process leader.
Corrective Actions: Take proactive steps to address any issues and follow up to ensure resolutions.
Team Supervision: Lead your shift team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain efficiencies.
Record Keeping: Document all relevant production information accurately.
Problem-Solving: Actively participate in meetings, addressing issues and proposing solutions for continuous improvement.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and work on minimizing non-conforming materials and products.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Qualifications:

A Matric certificate with strong mathematical skills.

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in food processing, preferably within an FMCG environment.
Previous experience in a food industry processing role is advantageous.

Skills:

Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Computer literacy is a plus, with knowledge of SAP being an added advantage.
Ability to handle pressure and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to work shifts and extended hours when necessary.
