Key Responsibilities You Will Handle

  • Finding problems in the warehouse and coming up with solutions that improve efficiency.
  • Making sure health, safety, and housekeeping rules are always followed in the warehouse.

What You Need To Qualify

To be considered for this role, you need certain qualifications and experience. The company is looking for someone who can step in with strong knowledge and handle the warehouse without needing constant supervision. Here’s what they expect:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) is a must.
  • A qualification or certificate in Supply Chain or a related field is an advantage.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • A strong understanding of cold-chain systems, stock control, and food safety processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems like Syspro, SAP, or similar tools.
  • Clear knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and dispatch systems.
  • Ability to work with material-handling machines and cold-storage equipment.
  • Good skills in MS Excel and handling warehouse documentation.
  • Leadership qualities that help you guide and motivate a team.
  • A strong eye for detail, high accountability, and problem-solving strength.
