About the Role

As a Salesperson at Russells, you will be responsible for driving sales, achieving targets, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Your role will involve identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and ensuring every customer leaves the store satisfied.

This position plays a key role in maximizing store profitability and contributing to the overall growth of the company.


Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Generate income by actively selling products and services.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
  • 7–12 months of sales experience, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Must reside in or near Mutale for reliable commuting to work.
