Position Overview:

As a Salesperson at Russells, your primary responsibility will be to sell products to customers while ensuring they have a satisfying shopping experience. You’ll need to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify their needs, and recommend the best products to meet those needs. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Key Duties:

Generate Sales: Perform sales activities to drive revenue and meet sales targets.

Customer Retention: Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising.

Process Management: Handle cash and credit processes in line with company policies.

Customer Interaction: Deal with customers in a friendly, customer-centric manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Grade 12 certificate.
• Experience: 7 to 12 months of sales experience, preferably in retail.
