Who Should Apply?

Minimum Requirements:

✅ Completed undergraduate degree by the start of the programme
➤ STEM (Science, Tech, Engineering, Math) degrees are highly preferred
✅ Studying towards or already completed a Postgraduate Diploma, Master’s, or MBA? Even better!
✅ No more than 3 years of full-time work experience
✅ South African citizenship with valid legal work rights
✅ Willing to relocate to different regions during the programme
✅ Strong English communication skills
