  • Update the client database and retrieve documents or figures
  • Work on platforms like SAP to book travel and order supplies
  • Prepare reports and assist with presentations for quarterly meetings
  • Take meeting minutes, handle bookings, and manage diaries
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to track sales activities
  • Deal with complaints, escalate issues, and maintain positive relationships
  • Collect and submit audio/visual materials to Account Executives
  • Assist with trade marketing and advertising campaigns

Minimum Requirements
